1) After the empty planting operation is stable, gradually increase the load, avoid suddenly add negative planting;
2) We should always pay attention to the oil pressure, temperature, water outlet temperature and the indicator value of each instrument on the switch screen should be within the range specified in the operating instructions of various diesel engines and generators;
3) Regularly check whether fuel oil, oil and cooling water are sufficient;
4) The new unit must be in 90% of the rated power below the negative run for 4 hours, according to the rated power, rated speed work;
5) If the operating environment of the unit exceeds the allowable conditions of the calibration, the output power should be modified according to the regulations;
6) The following matters should be paid attention to during operation:
Pay attention to the changes in water temperature, oil temperature and oil pressure at any time, if not normal should stop for inspection, regularly check the storage of fuel, oil, cooling water and the cleanliness of cooling water, at the same time check the diesel engine for oil leakage, water leakage, air leakage and other abnormal phenomena, observe the diesel engine exhaust smoke color is abnormal (normal smoke slightly bluish gray, if it is dark blue, black should stop for inspection), No water, oil, metal or other foreign matter is allowed to enter the motor. The three-phase voltage of the motor should be balanced;
7) Detailed records shall be recorded during operation, including environmental state parameters, operation parameters of the oil machine, startup time, shutdown time, shutdown cause, fault cause, troubleshooting method, name and quantity of replacement parts, etc.;
