1. Starting battery failure of the unit

2. Water enters the diesel engine

3. Oil maintenance period (two years)
The engine oil is mechanical lubrication, and the oil also has a certain retention period, long time storage, the physical and chemical properties of the oil will change, resulting in deterioration of the lubrication condition when the unit is working, easy to cause damage to the unit parts, so the lubricating oil should be replaced regularly.
4. Three filter replacement cycle (wood filter, machine filter, air filter, water filter)
Filter is used for diesel oil, engine oil or water filtration function, prevent impurities into the body, and impurities in diesel oil, is also the inevitable existence, so in the process of unit operation, the filter has played an important role, but at the same time, the oil pollution or impurities will be deposited in the screen wall and make the filter ability, deposit is overmuch, oil will not be able to open, In this way, when the oil machine is running, it will be shocked because the oil cannot be supplied (as if the person is hypoxic). Therefore, in the process of using the normal generator set, we suggest that: first, the common unit should replace the three filters every 500 hours; Second, the standby unit every two years to replace the filter;
5. Cooling system

7. Fuel and gas distribution system
