(1) Improve the dielectric strength and anti-oil and water erosion ability of the insulating material.
(2) The number of layers and transition of the insulation of the hand bag should be appropriate, and the insulating paint should be brushed after the wrapping of each half strip, and the baking should make it well cured. Handbag insulation to eliminate sharp corners to prevent discharge.
(3) There should be enough discharge distance between the leads.
(4) The poly-glass rope of hydro-electric joint should be painted through to prevent the poly-glass rope from being polluted in the construction.
(5) The wire insulation of the water and electricity joint should be extended into the insulation box to deal with the lap, to prevent the leakage of the package, the insulation box should be filled tightly and sealed well. Prevent oil and water from entering the insulated box.
(6) There should be enough distance between the lead wire, the confluence pipe, the insulated water diversion pipe and the inner end cover.
(7) Test insulation surface potential or leakage current should be carried out on the excited end leads and water and electricity joints to detect insulation quality.
(8) Increase the end pressing plate to strengthen the fixed strength of wire rod. The tangential support plate is added to strengthen the fixed strength of the nose end.
(9) Improve the groove pad structure to ensure the contact surface with the wire rod, so as to strengthen the fixed strength of the groove. Strengthen the bandaging and pad support between the leads.
(10) The loose positions of the stator windings and the parts where “yellow powder” appears in the stator windings should be baked and heated to make the end binding wires soft. The loose binding wires should be tightened with the processed epoxy chute, and then 1:1 epoxy resin should be used for impregnation, baking and curing.
(11) Take measures to prevent foreign matter from being left in the aircraft.
(12) Reasonable adjustment of anti-halo structure parameters, control the anti-halo structure forming time and temperature.
(13) Make preventive tests, discover defects in time and deal with them.
(14) Strictly implement the manufacturing and assembly process of hollow wire, and eliminate the event that the flow section becomes smaller in the manufacturing and assembly process of hollow wire.
