Preparation before unit startup:
1. Check the oil level of lubricating oil, coolant level and fuel quantity;
2. Check whether the diesel engine oil supply, lubrication, cooling system of each pipe and joint leakage;
3. Check whether the electrical circuit is broken or not, whether the grounding wire is loose, and whether the connection between the unit and the foundation is firm;
4. If the ambient temperature is below zero, add a certain proportion of antifreeze to the heat sink;
5. Diesel generator set.. After the second start or stop for a long time to start again, the air in the fuel system should be drained by hand pump first.
Activation:
1. After closing the safety in the control box, press the start button and hold down the button for 3 to 5s. If the startup fails, wait for 20 seconds to start again. If the startup fails for many times, stop the startup operation, eliminate the battery voltage or oil circuit fault factors, and start again;
2. When starting, several oil pressures should be observed. If the oil pressure is not displayed or is very low, it should be stopped immediately for inspection.
Run:
1. Check the parameters of the control box module after the unit is started; Oil pressure,
Water temperature, voltage, frequency, etc.
2. Under normal circumstances, the speed of the unit directly reaches the rated speed after starting; For units with idle speed requirements, the idle time is generally 3~5min, and the idle time is not too long, otherwise it may burn out the relevant components of the generator;
3. Check the leakage of oil, water and electrical appliances of the unit;
4. Check the fastening of each connection of the unit to see whether there is loosening and violent vibration;
5. Observe whether various protection and monitoring devices of the unit are normal;
6. When the speed reaches the rated speed and the parameters of no-load operation are stable, switch off the power supply;
7. Check and confirm whether the parameters of the control panel are within the allowed range, and check again the vibration of the unit, whether there are three leaks and other faults;
8. Overload is strictly prohibited when the unit is in operation.
Normal shutdown:
The switch must be unlocked before shutting down.
Generally, it takes 3 to 5 minutes to stop the machine after uninstallation.
Emergency shutdown:
1. In case of abnormal operation, the generator set must be shut down immediately;
2. In case of emergency shutdown, press the emergency stop button or push the shutdown control handle of the fuel injection pump to the parking position quickly.
Maintenance matters:
1. The replacement time of diesel filter element is 300H; The air filter element replacement time is every 400H; Oil filter element.. The replacement time is 50H, and the subsequent replacement time is 250H.
2. The oil.. The replacement time is 50H, and the subsequent normal oil replacement time is every 250H.
Operating procedures
1. Before starting, check whether the fuel tank oil quantity is sufficient, and there is no oil leakage at each oil pipe and joint;
Cooling system water is sufficient, clean, no leakage, fan belt tightness is appropriate. Check the internal combustion engine and generator transmission part should be connected reliably, the output line wire insulation is good, each instrument is complete and effective.
2. After starting, it should run at low speed for 3 ~ 5 minutes, until the temperature and the hydraulic wheel are normal, it can start operation. The generator should have no noise during speed up, and the brush on the slip ring and rectifier should be in good contact without pulsating and sparking. When the operation is stable, the frequency and voltage reach the rated value, the power can be supplied to the outside.
3. In case of abnormal sound, peculiar smell, sharp rise in water temperature and sharp drop in oil pressure during operation, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection and troubleshooting.
4 generator power factor shall not exceed late phase (lag) 0.95. The frequency value shall not vary more than 0.5HZ.
5. Before stopping the machine, cut off the main switch of each power supply branch to gradually reduce the load, and then cut off the main switch of power supply of the generator to return the excitation rheostat to the resistance. High value position, so that the voltage drops to. Low value, then cut off the excitation switch and neutral ground switch to stop the internal combustion engine operation.
