Three, avoid not according to the rules of oil supply
We should not start the diesel engine or after the start, just put the decompression handle in the “work” position and then supply oil, should be in the diesel engine before the throttle handle on the oil supply position. Five, avoid long time to use electric plug
The heating body of flame preheater is electric heating wire, its power consumption and heat are very large, long time use can damage the battery due to rapid discharge, together can also burn out electric heating wire. Therefore, the electric plug can not be used for more than one minute each time, and the flame preheater can be controlled within 20 seconds each time.
Six, avoid directly into the cylinder oil
The oil in the cylinder, although it can play a sealing pressurization and temperature increase effect, easy to start the diesel engine cooler, but the oil can not completely burn, easy to produce carbon, so that the elasticity of the piston ring weakened, the sealing performance of the cylinder decreased.
