1. Diesel generator, installation site should be well ventilated, generator end should have enough air inlet, diesel engine end should have good air outlet. The area of the air outlet should be more than 1.5 times the area of the water tank.
2. The surrounding of the installation site of the diesel generator should be kept clean, to avoid placing corrosive gases and vapors that can produce acid and alkaline in the vicinity. Where possible, fire extinguishing devices shall be equipped.
3. When used indoors, the smoke exhaust pipe must be led outdoors, and the pipe diameter must be ≥ the diameter of the smoke outlet pipe of the muffler. The elbow of the pipe should not be more than 3 to ensure the smooth exhaust of smoke. If the exhaust pipe is installed vertically upward, the rain cover must be installed.
4. When the foundation is concrete, the levelness must be measured with a level during installation, so that the unit is fixed on a level basis. There should be special shock cushion or foot bolt between the unit and the foundation.
5. The shell of the unit must have reliable protection grounding, the need for a neutral point of direct grounding of the generator, it must be neutral grounding by professional personnel, and configured with lightning protection device, it is prohibited to use the grounding device of the mains for neutral direct grounding.
6. The two-way switch between the generator and the mains must be very reliable to prevent the reverse power supply. The wiring reliability of the bidirectional switch must be checked and approved by the local power supply department.
