First, check before starting
1. Keep the machine room and the unit clean. The unit and the battery should be cleaned regularly and the dust should be cleaned with dry and wet cloth
2. Check the fuel quantity and oil, keep enough diesel oil in the oil storage tank, and the oil level of the oil tank should be between L and H of the oil level scale
3. Check the cooling and filtration system. The water level of the water tank should be full at the overflow mouth of the box cover, and the black smoke spray tank should be kept in the state of water flow
4. Check the starting battery, the voltage is 24V-28V
Second, start sequence
Manual mode
1. Press the indicator light on the manual mode key, and the unit will start in manual mode
2. Press the indicator light on the start button, the unit starts up and runs, no load running time is not more than 10 minutes; Press the indicator light on the stop button and the unit stops running. When shutting down, the unit cooling delay shutdown, in case of sudden state, can press the emergency button
3. If the generator needs to be loaded, after the control screen shows normal operation, the disconnector will be closed to send power. When the power is cut off, the disconnector will be unlocked to shut down the generator
Automatic mode
1. Press the indicator light on the automatic mode key, the unit is in the automatic start mode, and the disisolating switch is in the closed state
2, the generator set signal sampling is passive signal, after receiving the power failure signal, automatic operation and power supply, after receiving the electrical signal, automatic shutdown and power off
Three, matters needing attention
1. The generator set should be started up at least once a month for 5~10 minutes without load
2. The controller distribution battery floating charger keeps the charging power supply 220V normal
3. Keep enough oil in the tank
