Daily maintenance:
1. Check whether the connecting bolt of each rotating part is loose and tighten it in time.
2, check the oil pan oil plane, when insufficient, should add oil.
3. Check the oil quantity of the tank.
4. Check the water surface of the water tank.
5. Check oil and water pipe joints.
6, check the inlet, exhaust pipe and cylinder gasket seal; Remove oil and dust from the surface and keep the equipment room clean.
Level 1 Technical maintenance:
(50-80 hours) Increase the content of routine maintenance.
1, clean air filter, if necessary to replace.
2, replace the diesel filter, air filter, water filter.
3. Check the tension of the transmission belt.
4. Add lubricating oil to all injector nozzle and lubrication parts.
5. Replace the cooling water.
Secondary technical maintenance:
(250-300 hours) increase the content of routine maintenance and primary maintenance.
1. Clean the piston, piston pin, cylinder liner, piston ring, connecting rod bearing and check its wear.
2. Check whether the inner and outer rings of the main rolling bearing are loose.
3. Remove scale and sediment in the water channel of cooling water system.
4. Remove the carbon deposit in the cylinder combustion chamber and intake and exhaust passages.
5, check the valve, valve seat, push rod and rocker arm with wear, and grinding adjustment.
6, clean the turbocharger rotor carbon deposition, check the bearing, impeller wear, should be repaired if necessary.
7. Check whether the bolts of the generator and diesel engine coupler are loose and sliding. If any problem is found, it should be repaired.
Level 3 technical maintenance:
(500-1000 hours) Increase the content of daily maintenance, primary maintenance and secondary maintenance.
1. Check and adjust the injection lift Angle.
2. Clean the fuel tank.
3. Clean the oil pan.
4, check the spray nozzle atomization.
