Before the generator is ready to run, it is necessary to make preparations first, check the water and electricity of the equipment before starting, and then open the preheating switch. After the preheating is completed, it is necessary to start running. During the operation, it is necessary to pay close attention to the current voltage and temperature changes of the equipment.
Generator operation process
1. Preparation
1) Close the isolation switch in the generator room to the power generation position, check the storage of cooling water, lubricating oil and fuel oil of the generator, and timely supplement if found insufficient. Check whether the connecting parts, fasteners and control parts are loose, fall off, stuck and other abnormal conditions, and whether the connecting points of each wire are firm, correct and in good contact.
2) Open the control cabinet under the generator operation screen and close the start switch. When the display screen is powered on, press the page up and down button to check the relevant operation records of the generator. If any abnormal situation is found, deal with it immediately and prepare for power generation.
2. Start and run
1) Press the start button to start the generator. At the same time, attention should be paid to whether there is mechanical noise, abnormal vibration and other conditions. During operation, the operator closely monitors the voltage, frequency, current, power factor, oil temperature, oil pressure, water temperature, charging current, speed and other instrument indications and changes of the generator set through the instrument.
2) When the specified value is exceeded, it should be checked in time and measures should be taken. The operation can only continue after the recovery of normal conditions. The emergency stop button on the control panel is only used in case of emergency. When the motor runs normally, close the main switch of the generator set.
3. Stop the machine
After the mains is normal, gradually cut off the load, disconnect the main switch of the generator set, and gradually reduce the speed to idle under no-load condition. When the water and oil temperature of the diesel engine drops below 70℃, stop the engine again, disconnect the start control power supply, and close the isolation switch to the mains position in the order of operation.
