Check whether there is air entering the fuel system and whether the fuel control valve is stuck, stuck or failed. Check fuel pressure. When the engine is operating at full load, the minimum outlet pressure of the fuel oil pump should be 415kPa. If the fuel pressure is lower than the above pressure, the fuel filter element should be replaced. When the oil pressure is still low, it is necessary to check the fuel oil pump.
Second: Incorrect valve clearance. Adjust valve clearance.
Third: poor fuel quality. Discharge the fuel in the tank and replace the fuel filter element. Fill the tank with good fuel.
Fourth: power setting is too low. Adjust engine power according to the technical specifications on the engine brand.
Fifth: turbocharger carbon deposition. Check the turbocharger and repair it if necessary.
Sixth: Check intake manifold pressure. Check the air filter for blockage.
Seventh: the air filter is blocked.
Diesel generator overheating, the ambient temperature is too high: the oil and cooling water temperature is very high, the exhaust temperature is also greatly increased, overhaul the cooler and radiator, remove scale; Check whether the pipe diameter is too small. If the ambient temperature is too high, ventilation should be improved and temporary cooling measures should be strengthened.
