1. The CPU power supply small switch in the local control cabinet is not put in;

4. Failure of fuel and injection system;

6. Abnormal cylinder compression;
7, lubricating oil for timely replacement, too viscous;
8. There is air in the oil pump.
Treatment measures for diesel generator not starting fire
1. Restore the normal operation of the battery floating charging source, and check the starting power supply voltage to the normal value;
2. Check the small CPU power switch in the local control cabinet. If it is not put in, put it in immediately and check the indicator light on the panel of the control cabinet.
3, observe the smoke color and smoke exhaust volume, analyze the fuel combustion status;
4. Check the fuel tank oil level;
5. Check and test the drainage of fuel system;
6. Check whether the air inlet is blocked by sundries;
7. If it still cannot be started, the unit should be isolated and applied for maintenance.
8. Check the cylinder compression. If you can still let the flywheel rotate after letting go of the decompression device, there is a problem with the cylinder compression, and the cylinder piston and piston ring should be replaced.
9. Check the lubricating oil and replace it if it is too sticky.
10. Check whether there is air in the oil pump.
