The calibrated power of diesel generator sets is for a specific environmental condition, environmental condition refers to the atmospheric pressure, temperature and relative humidity of the working address of diesel generator sets, they have a great impact on the function and operating power of diesel generator.
(1) When the ambient atmospheric pressure drops, the temperature rises and the relative humidity increases, the dry air in the cylinder of the diesel engine will be reduced, and the power of the diesel engine will decrease. Conversely, the power of the diesel engine will be added. When the ambient temperature is too low, the temperature of the water tank cooling water is too low, the temperature of the smooth oil drops, the viscosity of the oil is larger when the temperature is low, and the liquidity becomes poor. Not only the parts of the diesel generator set wear, but also the parts movement resistance increases, so that the mechanical power is lost, the output power of the diesel generator set will decline.
(2) Add heat loss, increase fuel consumption when the diesel generator set works at low temperature, the cooling water takes away a lot of heat energy in the cylinder, so that the heat loss increases; The mixture is not well constituted and incinerated, and the fuel consumption will be increased by 8%~10%; Droplets of fuel into the cylinder will wash the smooth oil film on the cylinder wall, and into the crankcase, so that the wear of parts, weaken the smooth oil in the oil pan, add fuel consumption and reduce power output.
(3) If the ambient temperature is too low, the temperature of the cylinder will be very low, and the water vapor in the cylinder is easy to condense on the cylinder wall. When the sulfur dioxide generated by diesel generator incineration meets the water condensing on the cylinder wall, it will become a strong etch agent adhering to the cylinder wall, so the surface of the cylinder wall will be severely corroded, resulting in loose metal structure on the surface; When the cylinder liner and the piston ring clash with each other and scrape, the loose metal on the surface of the corrosion layer will soon wear down, or there will be corrosion points and pits on the surface of the cylinder liner.
(4) The deterioration of incineration, the function of the machine deteriorates. Some parts of the heat expansion do not expand to the due scale due to the low temperature, and then affect the operation function of the whole machine, such as the piston and cylinder open space is too big, the seal is not good; The valve space is too large and affected by rocker arm impact, and makes the diesel generator not easy to start. In the diesel engine operation, the high temperature of the compressed gas is the necessary condition to ensure the fuel fire. When the temperature of the cylinder, piston and other parts drops, it will cause the compressed final temperature to drop, the ignition delay and the deterioration of incineration conditions, resulting in incomplete fuel incineration, the diesel generator operation rough and exhaust smoke.
