The position of the oil inlet should not be inserted into the bottom of the oil cylinder, so as not to suck dirty oil and block the tubing.
The fourth step, pump diesel, first loosen the nut on the hand oil pump, hold the handle of the hand oil pump of the diesel generator set. Evenly pull and press until the oil enters the pump.
Step five, let the air out. If you want to loosen the vent screw of the high-pressure oil pump, then press the hand oil pump, you will see oil and bubbles overflow from the screw hole until you see all the oil flowing out. Tighten the screws.
Step six, connect the starter motor. Distinguish the positive and negative poles of the motor from the positive and negative poles of the battery. This is the positive pole, and this is the negative pole at the end. Two batteries should be connected in series to achieve the effect of 24V. Connect the positive pole of the motor first. When connecting the positive pole, do not let the terminal contact other wiring segments. Then connect the negative pole of the motor, be sure to connect firmly, so as not to produce ignition and burn the wiring section.
The seventh step, air switch. Frequency meter, frequency meter must reach 50Hz, is the basis of speed detection. Current and voltage switch, test motor instrument data. Oil pressure gauge, test diesel engine operating oil pressure, at full speed, should not be less than 0.2 atmosphere, tachometer, speed should be located in 1500 RPM. Water temperature table, in the process of use, can not exceed 95 degrees, oil temperature generally can not exceed 85 degrees.
Step 9: Start. Turn on the ignition switch, press the button, release the generator set after the vehicle, run for 30 seconds, turn on the high and low speed switch, the machine slowly rises to the high speed at idle speed, check the reading of all instruments. Under all normal circumstances, the air switch can be closed and the electricity is successfully transmitted.
Step 10, stop the car. First turn off the air switch, cut off the power supply, switch the diesel engine from high speed to low speed, let the machine idle for another 3 to 5 minutes, then shut off.
