Two taboo not according to the provisions of oil supply. The diesel engine should not be at the start of the decompression handle to the “work” position and then fuel, but should be in the throttle handle before the start of the fuel supply position. The harm of not operating according to this regulation is: waste of fuel; Excess diesel will wash the cylinder wall, so that the piston, piston ring and cylinder liner lubrication deterioration and aggravate wear; Residual oil flowing into the oil pan will dilute the oil and reduce the lubrication effect; Too much diesel in the cylinder burns incompletely and carbon accumulates.
Three taboo pull car start. When the diesel engine is pulled to start with thick cold engine oil, the wear between moving parts will be aggravated, thus reducing the service life of the locomotive.
Four bogey does not change lubricating oil and fuel oil on schedule. In cold weather season, if not timely change of low viscosity lubricating oil and fuel oil, diesel engine is difficult to start.
Avoid baking oil pan with open fire and starting with fire at the inlet pipe. In order to prevent fire, the application of gentle fire, coal fire in a certain distance to bake the diesel engine oil pan, and slowly shake the oil shaft, so that the oil evenly heated, so that all parts are lubricated. If the ignition at the intake pipe of the diesel engine is started, the ash and hard debris generated by material combustion will be sucked into the cylinder, resulting in lax closing of the intake and exhaust doors and speeding up the wear of the cylinder.
Six avoid using electric plug for a long time. The heating plug of flame preheater and the heating body of flame preheater are electric heating wire. Their power consumption and heat are very large. Long time use can damage the battery due to rapid discharge, and also burn out the electric heating wire. Therefore, the continuous use of the electric plug each time should not exceed 1 minute, and the continuous use of the flame preheater each time should be controlled. In less than 20 seconds.
Seven avoid directly add oil to the cylinder. The oil added to the cylinder, although it can play the role of sealing pressurization and temperature increase, easy to start the diesel engine cooler, but the oil can not completely burn, easy to produce carbon, so that the elasticity of the piston ring weakened, the sealing performance of the cylinder decreased; In addition, it will also accelerate the wear of the cylinder liner, resulting in a decrease in the power of the diesel engine, making it more difficult to start, so you can not directly add oil to the cylinder.
Eight taboo directly into the gasoline intake pipe. Gasoline has a lower flash point than diesel and burns before diesel. Therefore, gasoline directly into the intake pipe, will make the engine work rough and strong knock cylinder phenomenon, serious engine inversion can occur.
Nine bogey for a long time continuous start. The engine on the diesel engine is operating at low voltage and high current, and prolonged use can damage the battery. The continuous working time shall not exceed 5 seconds; If it cannot be started once, it should be started again every 15 seconds.
Ten bogey just started high-speed operation. When the diesel engine is just started, the temperature of lubricating oil is low, the fluidity is poor, and it runs at high speed immediately.
