Two, check the start of the solenoid valve
When the electric unit is in operation, it can check the operation of the unit by looking, listening, touching and smelling. When starting by listening to the method, take the original diesel generator set as an example, press the start button three seconds later, you can start. Two clicks are normally heard during the three-second startup. If you only hear the first ring and can not hear the second ring, you need to check whether the start solenoid valve is working properly.
3. Check the battery pack
Diesel generator set is not in daily use, the normal start of the generator, battery maintenance is the key determinant. When the battery string is faulty, there is a “voltage, no current” fault. In this case, the sound of the solenoid valve in the starting motor can be heard, but there is no driving shaft. Problems with the battery pack lead to no shutdown, because the test machine used to stop charging the battery, resulting in insufficient battery power.
