1. Oil road problem
The oil road problem is mainly manifested in four aspects:
1) Pipeline crack, that is, oil pipeline damage, crack is caused by oil delivery, air tightness is reduced;
2) If the tank is too low, the fuel will mix with air and impurities.
3) The oil does not meet the requirements of the fuel tank, and other impurities are mixed invisible.
4) The filter in the oil circuit is blocked, the filter in the oil circuit is not clean for a long time, dust and impurities block the channel, resulting in the smooth flow of oil.
2. The injection pump is faulty
The failure of fuel injection pump is an important cause of frequency instability. When the fuel injection pump is not flexible, the speed regulating spring will degrade, which will lead to the imbalance of the fuel supply of the generator set and the speed will change. This in turn leads to frequency changes.
3. The syringe is faulty
The ejector failure is mainly due to natural wear and tear. Because of the complex location of the ejectors, there is little chance of injury for human workers.
When the diesel generator is running for a long time, impurities attached to the fuel can be attached to the needle valve coupler.
Then, after the flow of oil causes an adverse reaction of fuel injection, the amount of fuel injected from the injector changes and the speed changes, which causes frequency instability.
4, speed sensor measurement distortion
The sensor plays a role in controlling the induction. The speed sensor in diesel generator set belongs to magnetoelectric sensor.
The sensor itself is prone to electromagnetic reaction and is very sensitive to electromagnetic phenomena. It is not easy to fail when properly maintained, but it is not easy to fail if not operated for a long time.
5. Speed control system failure
The speed control system belongs to the stability control system, which directly affects the working state of the generator set.
If the speed control system fails, it may affect the overall control of the speed control system, the oil rate will be affected, and the frequency of the generator set will not be affected.
