Therefore, the diesel engine cooling start should idle operation heating up, until the oil temperature reaches more than 40℃ with load operation; The machine should start with low speed gear, and run a distance in each gear step by step, until the oil temperature is normal and the oil supply is sufficient, before turning to normal driving.
Four, the diesel engine cold start after the bang throttle.
If the throttle is slammed, the diesel generator speed increases sharply, which will cause some friction surfaces on the machine to be severely worn by dry friction. In addition, when the throttle piston, connecting rod and crankshaft acceptance force changes greatly, causing violent impact, easy to damage parts.
Five, in the case of insufficient cooling water or cooling water, oil temperature is too high operation.
Insufficient cooling water of diesel generator will reduce its cooling effect, and diesel engine will overheat because of insufficient cooling water. The high temperature of cooling water and oil will also cause the diesel engine to overheat.
