1) The internal lever of the governor is loose due to wear of the connecting pin hole
In this case, the bidirectional speed regulation movement of increasing and decreasing the amount of oil supply produces excessive hysteresis. When the engine is working, the speed regulation reaction is bound to lag behind the actual speed change, but the lag can not be too large, otherwise it will produce a large adjustment amplitude. The adjustment amplitude is too large, that is, when the speed has been caused by the increase or decrease of the oil supply, the fuel will continue to increase or decrease. Until the speed exceeds the governor’s regulating range, the strong feedback signal will realize the reverse adjustment reaction through the governor, resulting in the speed regulating reaction beyond the predetermined range. It causes the phenomenon that the speed rises and falls repeatedly and regularly around a certain value.
2) Oil supply tooth rod is not flexible enough
The oil supply rod of fuel injection pump must be kept absolutely flexible to ensure the sensitivity of speed regulation reaction. The pulling resistance of the tooth rod is tested with a sensitive spring balance, and the pulling resistance of the injection pump of cylinder II, IV, VI and VIII shall be not greater than the specified value respectively. Due to rust, plunger matching parts deformation, the plunger spring break after fastening ring gear and gear lever meshing crush injury, severe tooth rod end bushing wear, oil amount regulating mechanism of fork fork type fastening Angle is not correct, domestic fuel injection pump speed thrust of the inclined plate and fly ball seat installation or cooperate with bad reasons, such as flexibility will affect the oil gear lever. When the resistance affecting the flexibility has not reached the degree that the oil supply tooth rod can not move at all, there will be a fast and slow phenomenon (if the oil supply tooth rod can not move at all, the fault phenomenon will be different from the position of the tooth rod; For example, diesel generator can not start, can not shut off, speed is not controlled, flying car, etc.)
3) Improper adjustment of speed stabilizing spring
This is similar to the improper adjustment of the stable speed spring when idle speed is unstable, because the stable speed spring and the oil supply tooth rod can not work together flexibly.
