1. Air inlet and exhaust noise reduction: the air inlet and exhaust channels in the machine room are respectively made into soundproof walls, and sound muffler pieces are set in the air inlet and exhaust channels. The channel is buffered at a distance so that the intensity of the sound source’s radiation from inside and outside the machine room is reduced.
2. Control mechanical noise: the top and surrounding walls of the machine room are laid with sound absorption and sound insulation materials with high sound absorption coefficient, which are mainly used to eliminate indoor reverberation and reduce the sound energy density and reflection intensity in the machine room. In order to prevent noise from radiating outward through the gate, the fire-proof iron door is set up.
3. Control smoke exhaust noise: In the smoke exhaust system, a special two-stage silencer is installed on the basis of the original first-stage silencer, which can ensure the effective control of the smoke exhaust noise of the unit. When the length of the exhaust pipe exceeds 10 meters, the pipe diameter should be increased to reduce the exhaust back pressure of the generator set. The above treatment can improve the noise and back pressure of the generator set. Through the noise reduction treatment, the noise of the generator set in the machine room can meet the requirements of users outside.
