(1) In general, the surface of the radiator of the cooling water tank is not clean, resulting in insufficient coolant in the cooling water tank. After the generator is used for a long time, the cooling fan belt will gradually age and become inelastic, or the belt fracture, resulting in the loss of normal air volume of the cooling fan. In this case, you need to replace the cooling fan belt. Replace the whole belt instead of just one belt.
(2) The failure of the cooling water pump leads to the non-circulation of cooling water and the rise of water temperature. Because the thermostat cannot be opened, the circulation path of cooling water cannot be changed when the temperature of cooling water changes. The flow of cooling water into the cooling water tank is controlled and the cooling intensity is adjusted. In this case, you need to replace the thermostat.
(3) The use of unqualified coolant, so that the cooling water pipe scale, rust and other things, hinder the circulation of cooling water, resulting in water temperature rise.
