1) After stable no-load operation, gradually increase the load, do not add load suddenly;
2) Always pay attention to the oil pressure, temperature, water temperature and the indicator value of each instrument on the switch screen should be within the range specified in the operating instructions of all kinds of diesel engines and generators;
3) Check regularly whether fuel oil, oil and cooling water are sufficient;
4) The new unit must be operated for 4 hours at negative voltage below 90% of rated power before it can work at rated power and rated speed;
5) If the operating environment of the unit exceeds the specified allowable conditions, the output power shall be corrected according to the provisions;
6) Attention should be paid to the following items during operation:
Always pay attention to the change of water temperature, oil temperature, oil pressure, if not properly should stop check, check the storage of fuel, oil, cooling water and cooling water clean degree, at the same time check whether diesel engine oil, water, air and other anomalies, observe the exhaust smoke of diesel engine with or without exception (if normal smoked slightly green gray, dark blue, for thick black should stop check). No water, oil, metal or other foreign matter is allowed to enter the motor. The three-phase voltage of the motor should be balanced.
7) Detailed records shall be recorded during operation, including environmental status parameters, oil machine operation parameters, startup time, downtime, shutdown cause, failure cause, troubleshooting method, name and quantity of replacement parts, etc.;
