1. Cooling system

2.Fuel/gas distribution system

3.Battery
If the battery is not maintained for a long time, the electrolyte water evaporation will be made up in time, no equipment to start the battery charger, battery long-term natural discharge after the reduction of electricity.
4.The oil
Oil has a certain persistence period, that is to say, if it is not used for a long time, the physical and chemical functions of oil will change, and the cleanliness of unit operation will deteriorate, which will cause the damage of unit parts.
5. Tanks
Water into diesel generating sets the moisture in the air under the change of temperature will happen condensation phenomenon, and form a water attached to the tank wall, when the water flow into the diesel, it can make diesel fuel moisture content exceeds bid, when after entering into the diesel engine high pressure oil pump will rust precision coupled parts, assuming that serious word will damage the unit.
6. Filter
In the working process of diesel generator set, oil or impurities will be deposited on the screen wall, and too much will make the filter filter function decline, deposition, oil will not be able to dredge, when the equipment will be unable to supply oil and can not be used normally.
7. Lubrication system, seals
Due to the chemical characteristics of lubricating oil or oil ester and the iron filings after mechanical wear, these not only reduce its lubrication effect, but also damage other parts. Together, because the lubricating oil has a certain corrosion effect on the rubber seal ring, other oil seals themselves are also aging at any time to reduce their sealing effect.
8. Line Connection
If the silent diesel generator is used for a long time, the line connector may become loose and needs to be checked regularly.
